Je loue une chambre à un(e) étudiant(e) dans ma maison de Ste Foy-les-lyon.

Situé dans une belle maison bourgeoise à 15/20mn en bus de la gare de Lyon Perrache, dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, proche de parc et des commerces.

L'espace comprend deux chambres meublées, un grand salon + cuisine américaine équipée donnant sur un jardin privatif (potager possible!), ainsi qu'une salle de bain.

La chambre encore disponible (la seconde étant occupée par un étudiant) a été entièrement refaite à neuf en 2022. Agréable et calme, elle dispose d'une fenêtre donnant sur jardin..

L'ensemble est très bien chauffé (chauffage central inclus dans les charges). WiFi de bonne qualité.

I am renting a room to a student in my house in Ste Foy-les-Lyon.

Located in a beautiful bourgeois house, 15/20 minutes by bus from Lyon Perrache station, in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to parks and shops.

The space includes two furnished bedrooms, a large living room with an open kitchen opening onto a private garden (with a possible vegetable garden!), as well as a bathroom.

The available room (the other one is occupied by a student) was completely renovated in 2022. Pleasant and quiet, it has a window overlooking the garden.

The whole space is very well heated (central heating included in the charges). High Speed Wifi.
