Le quartier offre une proximité immédiate avec les commerces (supermarché à 2 min de l'appart) et les restaurants typiques (comme par exemple le Longchamp Palace situé à deux pas de l'appart).
Vous pourrez rejoindre le VIEUX-PORT et le COURS JULIEN à pied, visiter les nombreux bâtiments historiques et vous promener dans les ruelles qui abritent restaurants typiques et petits magasins.
